It is a nice apartment with Jacuzzi and solarium. It has a room and bathroom. Kitchen room where you access the solarium, through a spiral staircase.
In the solarimun, in addition to having the Jacuzzi, there is a sunny terrace with beautiful views of the town of Mojacar, a highly recommended visit. It has an awning that can be easily put on and taken off.
The apartment has air conditioning, given its size it is very efficient, so responsible use is requested (with doors and windows closed) due to its size it cools down very quickly in summer.
It is not a very big apartment.Comfortable for distribution and cool for having air conditioning.
On the upper floor is the solarium that has a barbecue, jacuzzi and table with chairs and umbrella. In the afternoon it is ideal for dining and during the day for sunbathing.
It has Internet WiFi network.
There are common areas in the urbanization accessed through the side doors with a round tag and to the pool with a square one, both are with the keys.
Before arrival I provide you with a video recorded in the apartment with all the instructions to make your life easier.

It is a quiet area close to the beach. There are nearby places for small shopping and entertainment.
There are several nearby places for bicycle rental.
